In this video 45n5 front man Mark talks about passive income and outright tells you his secret of making money - doing what you love so that it earns you money. If you are working at something that you love why would you want to leave it alone? You work harder when you love what you are doing.

So is income passive? Is there such thing as passive income and would you want your wages to be passive anyway? Mark does not seem to think so and I agree with him on this one.

This is one of Marks best videos in ages and although he talks about the myth of passive income he also gives you a wealth of motivational input. This video is great.
